USAID|BIZTAR Project announces a competition for selecting the company to carry out the development of the Electronic Registry of Normative Acts of the Local Public Authorities, which will be managed and administrated by the Moldova State Chancellery.
The Project seeks to improve Moldova's business enabling environment by reducing the administrative burdens on the private sector, streamlining tax administration, curtailing opportunities for corruption, and improving the access for citizens and businesses to government information.
The selected company will develop Electronic Registry of Normative Acts of the Local Public Authorities according to the provided Terms of References.
Requirements for Application Developers:
- minimum 5 years of previous experience in web projects development;
- proven capability of developing and implementing data transmission systems through Internet or other type of network through secured or encrypted protocols;
- proven capability of implementing and integrating modern authentication, encryption and security mechanisms;
- proven experience in working with public authorities;
Interested companies shall present the following documents:
- company profile;
- the list of the clients and portfolio with contact information and the personnel who was involved in the accomplishment of each project;
- the list of the personnel available for this project with the CV included;
- technical Proposal;
- cost/Price Proposal;

The above set of documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address: USAID|BIZTAR Project, 202, Stefan cel Mare Bd., 4th floor, no later than January 14, 2011, 17:00. Late proposals will not be accepted.
