Baseline Survey "The Network of Savings and Credit Associations and their Clientele". (Republic of Moldova experience)
This report presents principal results of a baseline study of SCA network in the Republic of Moldova and of the clients of these microfinance institutions. The objectives of the study included, first of all, performing of a multilateral analysis of current activities in SCAs, and secondly, obtaining a comprehensive description of the clients of these microfinance institutions. All these are necessary for the formulation of a sustainable development strategy of SCAs and for determining priorities in technical assistance provided by Bizpro Moldova project to these institutions.The study has been performed: April - July 2002
