Market Study of the Informational Software Technology Sector in Moldova
This report has been developed according to the provisions of the contract signed by MEPO and BIZPRO-Moldova and the technical specification appended to the contract. The report is based on the results of the market research of the Informational Software Technology Sector in Moldova. The purpose of the research is to reveal the hidden potential of the IT sector in Moldova, to describe it and to analyse possibilities and ways of its development. The Study was carried out by MEPO experts using desk and field research for collection of primary and secondary information. Taking into consideration that fact that IT sector in Moldova is relatively hidden, the main focus during the research was put to face-to-face in-depth interviewing of software producers and IT specialists, which allowed obtaining a quality primary data.
