Study on financial institution's, best practice in microlending to SME's

A broad vision on micro-lending issue reflecting different factors that influences small business credit arrangements in developed countries and specifics of small business access to financing in countries with a transition economy. The report comprise aspects related to Microfinance policies and strategies as well as practical examples on problems faced during their implementation. Experience of EBRD in the Developing Countries including FSU (Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Cazakhstan).
