Business Planning

Business planning: is one of the keys to success which allows exact definition of activities which are to be undertaken to reach the estimated objectives, as well as judicious distribution of necessary resources to gain the expected benefits. The guide  “business planning”   has to objective to show what is a business plan, what are the basic compartments and what information should be included in each compartment.  The guide is dedicated to existent entrepreneurs as well as to start ups and potential entrepreneurs  who are willing to know what are the abilities of an effective manager. The course also suggests some solutions for the problems faced by entrepreneurs while making a business plan.
Objectives:
— Develop skills of business written presentation
— Familiarization with the components of an efficient business plan
— Acquiring abilities of transforming an idea into a mini business plan
— Correct selection of strategies for business plan implementation
— Financial calculations.
General presentation: Guide  “Business planning” is composed of 3 chapters.
Chapter I “Why business planning is needed?” –provides information concerning the need of a business plan development, its beneficiaries as well as the stages for its development.
Chapter II – “A mini business plan for beginners” presents basic compartments of a business plan, indicating necessary information for each compartment.
Chapter III “Financial plan and business risks” – contains information concerning the calculation methodology of the beak even point and indicators, as well as information concerning cash flow development, financial results, balance etc.
In the attachments are proposed 3 samples of business plans in the fields of: production, retail trade and services.
Developing the guide, the authors tried to present basic compartments of an effective business plan, based on bibliographical resources and own researches and analysis.
