Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship
The manual is edited as a result of the common work between BIZPRO-Moldova project "Small and medium enterprises development in the Republic of Moldova", funded by US Agency for International Development (USAID), and experienced instructors in the field of training for entrepreneurs. The manual has the aim to explain in a very accessible way the general legal aspects of doing business. The book provides legal knowledge that familiarizes entrepreneurs with the necessary and important information for practicing business. The manual is written in a friendly way and offers for the entrepreneurs the possibility to get the general picture of all legal aspects and regulations related to business in Moldova as well as getting the basic knowledge about different juridical organizational forms of entrepreneurship.
